Recently I had the good fortune to re-discover (in my own closet) my mother's wedding dress from the 1970s. It is absolutely gorgeous and makes a great background for romantic wedding jewelry photography. I can't wait for the opportunity to photograph another wedding! I love the small details, as well as the big moments. Ah, love.
Pictured here are a pair of earrings custom designed and created by me from gold, crystal, antique brass, and czech glass. I feel so lucky to own this dress, but even more lucky to have the wonderful person who wore it all those years ago as my mother. I hope you enjoy these photos, there will be more to come as I have time to properly photograph this amazing dress. So, let's just call this the preliminary vintage dress post.
