This is the photographic story of my engagement ring.
I took these photos earlier this evening when the light was nice.
The book "Anne of Green Gables" by L.M. Montgomery was
chosen as a backdrop to this romantic photo session, as
it has been a favorite of mine since childhood.
The book also holds many great truths about love and
happiness. I hope you enjoy this glimpse into my true love story.

I get to marry the kindest, most handsome man I have ever known (apart from my Grandfather)
in an intimate backyard (ours) elopement ceremony.

My fiance, Thom gave me this beautiful antique sapphire and diamond ring.
It is so unique, and so perfect for me. It was love at first sight!
The best part was the handsome guy on one knee who put it on my finger for the first time on 1/11/11.

This is how I felt when I met you, Thom. And you continue to make every day feel like that one most perfect day of summer, without exception.
This must be what love is! It continues to delight me,
even after two years of engagement. I am still in awe that this--that love--exists!

Such a very nice collection and also a very good about diamond. This ring is really too good. I have this type of ring but pink diamond. I impressed by that.
